Captain Lloyd provided an amazing experience out on the water and was able to provide us with multiple different species of fish with his excellent knowledge of the local area and his expertise in many years of fishing and his specialty in rockfish jigging. Our time on the boat was a great experience with Captain Lloyds great personality and laid back style. It was a joy to be out on the water with no added stress or worry about anything. If you want to catch fish on your next trip out to the north island, then Reelin’ Shores Fishing Charters should definitely be on your list of things to do. There is nothing but good things I can say about this charter.

Captain Llyod knows these waters really well and got us into salmon as well as many species of rock fish and he offers a nice treat by pulling his crab and prawn traps for his guests. Was a delicious meal last night of fresh spot prawns and Dungeness crab while our fish was processed in town by Hardy Bouys.
