Thank you for your interest in fishing with Reelin’ Shores out of Port Hardy! We usually fish the waters known as Winter Harbour and Quatsino, and are willing to leave from any of the following ports: Port Hardy, Port McNeill, and Coal Harbour.
Enjoy fishing for Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod and Rockfish, and catch crab and prawns while enjoying the wild beauty of the Pacific Ocean on North Vancouver Island! Trips are tailored to your desires and needs, with our experienced Captain Lloyd Booth who has put in over 20 years in these waters.

2024 Rates & availability
For a full day of fishing, we have a flat rate of $1,400 plus tax, for up to 4 people.
We have dates available from May 5th through October 2024. Book 2 days and get 30% off a 3rd day! Call Captain Lloyd or email us at reelinshores@gmail.com for availability!

Private Charters
Your fishing trips is yours! We do not book strangers on the boat with you. Our charters accomodate up to 4 people.

Wildlife abounds on your tour! You may see bears, sea lions, eagles, and even whales while you fish. Captain Lloyd is invested in fulfilling your North Island adventure according to your wants and dreams. That may include your use of a fishing pole, a camera, or a painting canvas – Captain Lloyd is happy to accommodate you on your day.
The North Island has the best salmon and halibut fishing in the world. The regular occurrence of whales and orcas put you in the presence of a power greater than yourself. The protected waters on the inside allows you amazing fishing in the majestic fjords.
We can design your day to focus on filling your freezer, sport fishing (catch & release), or sightseeing and artistic desires like photography or painting.
